Job status tracker
Every job on HomeSorted goes through clear stages: Posted, Bidding, Accepted, In Progress, Completed, and Paid. You can see the current status on your dashboard at any time.

Notifications
You'll receive browser notifications and emails at every key stage: when a provider bids, when a bid is accepted, when the provider arrives, and when the job is marked complete.

Before/after photos
Providers are encouraged to take before and after photos. These appear on the job page and serve as proof of work quality.

Your dashboard
Your client dashboard shows all active jobs, past jobs, favourite providers, and payment history. It's your central control panel for everything HomeSorted.
