Get Started: Book Your First Service
Go from sign-up to your first booking in under 2 minutes.
Create your account
Tap "Book a Service" on the homepage. Enter your name, email, and create a password. You'll get a verification email — click the link to activate your account.
Tip: Use the email you check most often. All job updates and receipts go there.
Post a job
From your dashboard, tap "Post a Job". Pick a category (e.g., Plumbing, Cleaning), describe what you need, add your location, and set your preferred date.
Tip: Be specific about the job. "Fix leaking kitchen tap" gets better bids than "plumbing work".
Review bids from providers
Verified providers in your area will send you bids. You can see their ratings, reviews, completion rate, and portfolio photos. Compare and pick the best fit.
Tip: Don't just pick the cheapest. Look at ratings and reviews — a R50 difference often means much better quality.
Accept a bid — no upfront deposit
When you find a provider you like, accept their bid. There's no deposit to pay upfront. You only pay once the job is completed and you're satisfied.
Tip: If anything goes wrong before completion (no-show, late, unsafe work), tap "Report a problem" on the job page and we'll review it.
Rate and rebook
After the job is completed, rate your provider and leave a review. Loved them? Tap the heart icon to add them to your Favourites for easy rebooking.
Tip: Set up recurring jobs (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly) for regular services like cleaning or garden maintenance.
