7-layer security framework

Fraud signals to watch
Look for: providers with multiple accounts, clients requesting off-platform payment, fake verification documents, unusually high dispute rates, and suspicious login patterns.
Provider verification fraud
The most common fraud is fake or stolen documents. Always cross-check: does the selfie match the ID? Is the bank letter recent? Is the police clearance valid?
Tip: Enable the "face match" step during verification — it catches most identity fraud.
Activity logs
Every platform action is logged. If you suspect fraud, check the activity log for the user to see all their actions, login times, and IP patterns.
