In-house home-services research team

The HomeSorted Editorial Team is the collective in-house group responsible for every published price guide, verification write-up and consumer-safety article on HomeSorted. Our editorial process is built on primary data — we analyse anonymised transaction data from our own marketplace, cross-reference public regulatory sources (PIRB, Department of Labour, SABS, POPIA), and speak directly to South African tradespeople before publishing. Every article is fact-checked against a documented Editorial Policy, dated when reviewed, and updated whenever prices, regulations or practices materially change. We do not accept sponsored placements, we do not manufacture personas, and we do not publish AI-generated filler content.
